Lawn Care Schedule for 2010

As you may remember, we hired a new lawn care vendor the end of last summer. Even though they were only involved the last few weeks of the season, we think they made a noticeable difference and did a fantastic job. We’re excited to see what they can do for our community this year by taking charge from day one! They’ve already aerated the lawns, applied pre-emergence weed control, and started trimming/mowing.

All Seasons P.M. (formerly Customized Fertilizing) will be onsite every Friday to complete all services. Please have your gates unlocked and backyards picked up so that they can service our community effectively.

Our contract includes the following services for both common areas and backyards: mowing, edging, fertilizing, spraying for weeds, trimming the trees and bushes, adjusting the sprinklers and their schedules, and maintaining a hard line between the grass and flowerbeds and around all trees.
